Rollin All the Way - Milestones

We are hitting milestones left and right here at the Hester house. Stella has successfully rolled over both ways! A couple times from her tummy to her back and once from her back to her tummy (apparently she was not a fan of that one). Has she done it recently?....no. Apparently she's over it. She's been there and done that and now she wants no part of it. Oh well, at least we know she can do it. :) There were a few times when one of us would put her on her stomach, leave the room and come back to her lying on her back....that Stella is a sneaky one!

Now she is on to trying to sit up when she's laying down. It's too cute it looks like she's doing baby crunches. She can also sit up on her own without anything propping her up for a few minutes. She's just mastering all kinds of new skills. She even got up on all fours the other day like she was going to crawl. We've also started putting her in her Jumper. She can't quite touch the ground yet but I'm sure she'll be ready for it in another couple of weeks. The girl is growing like crazy!

We are still trying to tackle the whole sleeping in her crib situation. So far Stella 100 vs. Mommy/Daddy 0...we just can't get her to sleep in there. She'll fall asleep and then wake up hysterical and there's no calming her down at that point. We even went so far as to put her sleep rocker in there (she's been sleeping in it since birth) and the minute I set her down those big blue eyes popped wide open and the screaming began. Oye vey.
